Veterinary consultation

The consultation fee covers the stated video appointment and written next-step summary. It does not include medicine, laboratory work, an in-person examination or emergency care. The veterinarian may conclude that remote advice is insufficient and recommend an in-person examination.

No guaranteed prescription

Payment does not guarantee a prescription. Prescribing depends on clinical need, product authorisation, professional rules and a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Any medicine is supplied separately by the treating practice or licensed pharmacy.

Membership

PeptiVet Plus is an educational monthly subscription. It renews monthly until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. It is not veterinary care, insurance or a medicine plan.

Professional references

Reference-material enquiries are available only to verified organisations for legitimate professional purposes. They are not pet-treatment products and must not be administered to people or animals.

Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, be legally able to contract and not use the service to obtain or administer unapproved products unlawfully.
