Cancellation and refunds

Consultations

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed appointments may be non-refundable where permitted by law. If PeptiVet Labs or the veterinarian cancels, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Membership

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid billing period. Statutory consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Prescription outcome

A consultation is payment for professional time and assessment. A decision not to prescribe does not by itself create a refund right, because no prescription is promised.
