Data we process

We may process contact details, language, country, organisation, selected topics, consultation requests, payment status and communications. Do not submit detailed medical records through the public access form. A veterinarian may collect clinical records separately through an appropriate clinical system.

Purposes and legal bases

We process information to answer requests and perform purchased services under a contract, to meet legal obligations, and to send optional updates when consent is given. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Providers and transfers

Vercel hosts the website, Resend provides email delivery and Stripe provides payment processing. Each provider processes data under its own terms and safeguards. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PeptiVet Labs.

Retention and rights

Access enquiries are retained only as long as needed for follow-up and compliance. Accounting records may be retained for statutory periods. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing us. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.

Analytics and cookies

Non-essential advertising or analytics tags load only after consent. Essential storage may be used for language, security and checkout continuity.
